A large national company with between 8000 – 9000 employees were looking for a new recruitment company to support their recruitment. The Recruiter Group met with the HR Director and Operations Director and listened to their vision and strategy for the future recruitment of Senior Managers and colleagues.
From the conversations about their recruitment over the past 12 months we looked at their frustrations and challenges they faced as a HR and Operations team. We then drove out a specifically tailored recruitment plan which suited both the company and The Recruiter Group.
Our SLA (Service Level Agreement) was built upon what we could do and not what they wanted to hear. This resulted in a number of successful placements over the years, a long-lasting relationship and retained staff.
